Shanklin responded VFR flights increased and responded <br /> affirmatively. <br /> Kizer noted airports are not like summing pools, that everyone <br /> must have one. <br /> Luce cited the conclusion on p. 8 indicating on RDU deficiency <br /> area. <br />
