Agenda Item #I2: Presentation of the Planned Development request for the <br /> Timbers (Mobile Home Park) and rezoning from R-1 to R7-8 <br /> Cannity gave a brief over view of the project proposal and the reauired <br /> process. The project is a request to pat 79 mobile home units on 14 <br /> acres of land, for planned development approval of the density that would <br /> equal R-8. <br /> John McAdams, the project engineer spoke briefly to the Board and answered <br /> several questions the members had. The request was to be heard at the <br /> November 23, 1981 Joint Public Hearing. <br /> Agenda Item #13: Presentation of zoning recommendations for several <br /> properties along bid #10. <br /> Cannity gave a presentation of the background in the zoning of thee 3 <br /> parcels. (ASCO Construction Warehouse; U-Store-it, and Security Window <br /> and Door Co.) . He indicated that the Commissioners had recommended changes <br /> from the Residential. Zoning and that they had requested the property be <br /> readvertised for existing commercial S and existing industrical. These <br /> properties will be on the Joint Public Hearing fdr November 23, 1981. <br /> Agenda Item #14: Presentation of Technical changes to Article 4 and ArticlE <br /> 8. <br /> Cannity briefly outlined the technical change to Article 4, that clarify <br /> the intention of the ordinance. <br /> He stated that the proposed change to Article 8 concerned the Special Use <br /> Permit for general aviation airports. Cannity stated that the proposed <br /> change make the standards more stringent by requiring airport developers <br /> to own or have easements on land where noise levels exceed certain levels. <br /> The noise levels were discussed by the Board. <br /> Agenda Item #15 : Will, the Board set special meetings in December and <br /> January? <br /> The Board agreed to set a special meeting on December 1, 1981 to discuss: <br /> - The Water Task Force Report <br /> - Water Task Force Report Zoning Amendments <br /> - Airport Study and Subcommittee Report <br /> - Recommendation on Redevelopment Plan <br /> - Planning Board By Laws <br /> • <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m. <br /> Approved/Disapproved <br />
