' <br /> S.J. Friedman inquired about the pollutants cited on page 5-14. Luce <br /> responded that cars were the major source of heavy metal pollutants and <br /> cited the thesis by Bob Forbes. Friedman requested that references be <br /> noted so the source of data and its justification could be traced and evalu, <br /> Shanklin cited road building as a major source of erosion that was not refe: <br /> Don Cox cited erosion due to farm activity and the variation in erosion <br /> levels relative to certain practices.
