The Department on Aging has 14 positions in such � <br /> areas as drivers , homekeepers, receptionists, social servf.ce <br /> • aides, while JOCCA has 11 positions. The manpower is provided <br /> by the National Center for the Black Aged who directly pays <br /> the Orange County Senior Workers. <br /> • <br /> If federal funds are eliminated, Orange County would lose <br /> approximately $60,000 of manpower, thus , Senior Citizen4 <br /> services within the Department on Aging will be drastically <br /> redu.ced.
