On the front sheet, titled Federal Assistance, Richard Whitted should sign <br /> two-thirds down on the page. <br /> 2. On the sheet titled,State of North Carolina, Richard Whitted should sign <br /> at the bottom of the page. <br /> 3. On the sheet titled, Sheet of Recording Officer, Paulette Pridgen-Pond <br /> should sign and affix the County seal. <br /> Each of the applications should be signed in duplicate and returned to this <br /> office for handling. <br /> We also enclose two copies of the revised engineering agreement.
