McAdams Company for Efland Estates. <br /> NMED: <br /> On March 1, 1982, the Board of Commissioners approved a Resolution <br /> permitting the Manager, acting for the County, to apply for <br /> Clean Water Bond grant funding. Engineering services are <br /> necessary at this stage to provide accurate information on <br /> costs of such a project and to submit proper documentation. <br /> IMPACT: <br /> 1) If funds (Clean Water Bond & HUD-FHA Loan) are received <br /> no County funds are expended and sewer system is installed <br /> to the benefit of Efland Estates. <br /> 2) If funds are denied for the project, no County monies <br /> will be expended and any payment of engineering fees will <br /> be contingent on the approval and completion of the project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approve the contract and grant application. <br />
