0,04397 <br /> 660 <br /> • <br /> - „ <br /> -"- • -_ <br /> A RESOTUTION CONCERNING THE PROPOSED MIDWAY AIRPORTAIRPARK. 82-R-6 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the <br /> Council advises the Orange County Board of Commissioners as follows: <br /> That in considering the proposal, the County consider the potential of <br /> its spinoff effects, to include a new node of development in the area <br /> of the proposal. Second, that the County consider how urban services <br /> would be provided to such an area; and third, that the County consider <br /> the potential effects of such development on the Cane Creek and Univer- <br /> sity Lake watersheds and, as appropriate, limit development in those <br /> watersheds or ensure that water quality would not be degraded. by such <br /> deVelopment. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the Orange County Board of Commissione-:' <br /> approves this request, that the Commissioners ensure that zoning r-gul - <br /> tions prohibit residential and community facility development surrounding <br /> the airport/airpark. <br /> This the 11th day of January, 1982. <br /> • - <br /> 5 <br /> - " <br />
