Vann <br /> said Mr. Dean was a diesel expert and he read a list of customers of Mr. Dean. <br /> There were no others in favor of the requests who wished to speak. <br /> Those who were opposed to the requests addressed the Boards. <br /> Mt_ Doris Paschall Petty, a Hilisborough native, asked how many of the <br /> present businesses were operating illegally; Mr. Polatty replied two. She said <br /> the Paschall heirs owned about sixty acres of adjoining land and the heirs are <br /> opposed to the rezoning; that it would be detrimental to the land use. It's <br /> not a good Prospect for metropolitan development.
