<br /> The developers of Midway Airport and Airpark have expressed
<br /> the desire to have this complex be as high quality as possible. We, .-...„.
<br /> the architects, have taken this directive and 'eyed out ground rules
<br /> for the project that may be incorporated into the PD requirements if
<br /> ,z
<br /> desired. They are as follows:
<br /> 1) Approvals: All development in the Airpark shall be present-

<br /> proposed buildings shall be presented in like fashion, as required,

<br /> permits. Approval for each site shall be granted based on adherence to PD
<br /> requirements and Midway standards delineated here.
<br /> 2) Landscaping:The required site plan shall indicate plant quan-
<br /> tities and type. Screening of all parking and dumpsters shall be

<br /> required. Planting in the ratios indicated on the plans shall be required
<br /> in all parking areas. Berming for screening purposes will be encouraged.
