<br /> The entire site will be routed to a waste water treatment
<br /> package plant. The only exception to this is the seperate treat- i ‘ p.
<br /> rtent facility for airport Area A that was previously permitted by
<br /> the county. The package plant will treat an estimated 130,000 apd.
<br /> The system will generally be one of gravity flow except as noted
<br /> on the drawing. The system will be privately owned and operated
<br /> by the developers or a property owners association. The system
<br /> will be designed to the most rigid standards required by the e i
