U0746 11. That the developer pay 1/3 of the cost of a new 1,000 gal./minute pumper so that Orange Grove Fire Co. can provide protection for all its district in a safe, efficient manner. 12. That the North Carolina EdNiSiOn of Environ- mental Management approve the final plans for the sewage collection and disposal system, prpr to the start of any const- ruction, that is served by the central system. That the Orange County Health Department issue an improvements permit prior to the start of any construction facilities served by an in ground sewage disposal system. 13. That the access road be named and a road sign to Orange County standards be erected at the intersection. 14. That the road in the project be publically built dedicated and build to North Carolinatepart- ment of Transportation Standards. 15. That there be a 100t building and parking area setback around the perimeter of the site. That this area be heavily landscaped with evergreen bushes and shrubs, to minimize the impacts on adjacent property. 16. A final boundary survey of the Project and improvements shall be recorded by the dev- loper at the time the Special Use Permit is recorded. Plat shall show all easements, road rights-of way, perimeter building set- back lines, and lot lines. 17. That the continued maintenance of the pUblic improvements (water/sewer) is guarenteed by a security instrument. 18. That the airport construction be started with- in 6 months of final approval and that cons- truction of all improvements be completed with- in 2 years. 19.
