That the road in the project be publically built <br /> dedicated and build to North Carolinatepart- <br /> ment of Transportation Standards. <br /> 15. That there be a 100t building and parking <br /> area setback around the perimeter of the <br /> site. That this area be heavily landscaped <br /> with evergreen bushes and shrubs, to minimize <br /> the impacts on adjacent property. <br /> 16. A final boundary survey of the Project and <br /> improvements shall be recorded by the dev- <br /> loper at the time the Special Use Permit <br /> is recorded. Plat shall show all easements, <br /> road rights-of way, perimeter building set- <br /> back lines, and lot lines. <br /> 17.
