Ordinance requires: Findings: <br /> project of this size could be in the <br /> range of 5 trip/acre; or six trips/ <br /> based aircraft. Using these figures <br /> this project could generate on an <br /> acre basis 450 trips; on a based <br /> aircraft basis (130 based vehicles) <br /> 780 daily trips. This number of <br /> additional vehicles on Hwy, 54 is <br /> a significant increase.. These trip <br /> generation figures came from the book <br /> "Practice of Local Government Plan- <br /> ning" by International City Management <br /> Association. <br /> The additional traffic generated by <br /> this proposal will require that <br /> road improvements be made on Hwy. 54 <br /> at the intersection with the access <br /> road. These improvements include a <br /> left turn, acceleration, and decelerati <br /> lanes.
