That all roads within the development shall be <br /> named and road signs erected at all intersections. <br /> Individual buildings shall be numbered in such <br /> a manner that the identification is visible from <br /> the road, <br /> 14. That all roads in the project be publicallY <br /> dedicated and built to North Carolina Depart- <br /> ment of Transportation Standards. <br /> 15. That a pedestrian circulation system be shown <br /> on the final plans, such system shall inter- <br /> connect the buildings. Walks shall be a <br /> minimum 4' wide and hard surfaced. <br /> 16. That primary access not be across the end of <br /> the proposed runway. <br /> 17. That there be a 100' building and parking <br /> area setback around the perimeter of the <br /> site. That this area be heavily landscaped <br /> with evergreen bushes and shrubs. <br /> 18. That the proposed motel/restaurant building <br /> be deleted from the project. <br /> 19. The project be re-submitted as a Planned <br /> Development-Industrial-1 (PD-I-1) project. <br /> The Land Use Plan would have to be amended <br /> to change the existing Rural Neighborhood <br /> node to Rural Industrial, <br /> 20, A final boundary survey of the Planned Develop- <br /> ment and improvements shall be recorded by the <br /> developer. <br /> Plat shall show all easements, road rights-of <br /> way, perimeter building setback lines, and <br /> lot lines, <br /> 21. That the continued maintenance of the public <br /> improvements (water/sewer) is guaranteed by <br /> a security instrument. <br /> 22. That is an owners association is to be formed <br /> and be responsible for any of the approved <br /> public improvements, all such documents and <br /> organizational material be approved by the <br /> Pr4pgp County 4,.. torney, <br /> /sw 3/ <br />
