That the fire hydrant located nearest Hwy. 54 <br /> be made available to the Orange Grove Volunteer <br /> Fire Dept- in case there is a fire in the Hwy. <br /> 54 area of their fire district. <br /> 9. That an adequate water delivery system be <br /> available at the time the first building is <br /> completed and ready for occupancy. <br /> 10. That the developers or owners association <br /> provide manpower on a 24 hr./day basis that <br /> can provide the following services to the <br /> Fire Department: <br /> a. Assist in fire fighting (this <br /> person will need fire training <br /> and could become a member of <br /> Orange Grove Fire Co.); <br /> b. Direct the Fire Co to the fire scene <br /> and have master keys to all gates <br /> and buildings; <br /> c, Be in radio context with the Fire <br /> Co, in order to turn them back in <br /> case of a false alarm and to pro- <br /> vide additional information in the <br /> case of real emergency, <br /> d.
