That the final site plan and narrative of the <br /> -- - project incorporating all changes, deletions <br /> and additions through the final approval of <br /> the project are incorporated herein and made <br /> a part of the Planned Development Special Use <br /> Permit. That a copy of the final site plan <br /> and narrative be on file with the Orange County <br /> Planning Department. All improvements as in- <br /> dicated on the site plan or stated in the <br /> narrative shall be constructed according to <br /> the construction schedule: set up on the final <br /> site plan. <br /> The public improvements to the site indicated <br /> in the site plan and in the narrative shall be <br /> completed in each phase before permits will be <br /> issued for Building Construction in that phase. <br /> 2. That the grantee of this Special Use Permit <br /> shall post with Orange County, in a form <br /> acceptable to the County Attorney, a bond or <br /> letter of credit in an amount equal to the <br /> cost of all improvements plus 10%, The <br /> amount shall be determined on the basis of <br /> fully executed construction contracts or <br /> certification by a registered engineer ern- <br /> , ployed by the grantee of this Special Use <br /> Permit. Security for construction of the <br /> improvements in this project may follow the <br /> phasing in the project. Specifically, as <br /> improvements are completed in each phase, <br /> 2.8 , <br />
