A limited <br /> number of small scale industrial <br /> nodes, not requiring urban-type <br /> services, are appropriate else- <br /> where in the County where good <br /> access exists. <br /> 7.3 Minimize the relocation <br /> of bonafide farming operations <br /> caused by non-farm development. <br /> 7.5 Direct residential, commex 11 <br /> and industrial growth away fro . <br /> farming areas to minimize in- <br /> flation or rural land values <br /> and tax assessment which can <br /> price farmers out of the land <br /> market. <br />
