'00560 <br /> ?4j <br /> The following information is the Orange County Planning Board's <br /> findings of fact concerning the request of William C. Ford for a <br /> Planned Development-Housing Special Use Permit. This request is made <br /> under Section 8.8.23 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance.
