All parking will be off access roads <br /> adjacent to each unit. <br /> Water Distribution System - A community water distribution network will be con- <br /> structed for the development. A community well will serve the project and will <br /> be owned and operated by theoroject owner, The design and construction will <br /> meet the highest applicable standards of the State Health Department for-com- <br /> munity water systems. <br /> Sewer Collection and Treatment - A gravity sewer collection system will be con- <br /> structed for the development. The treatment system will consist of primary <br /> lagoon, storage lagoon and spray irrigation field. The project owner will, own <br /> and operate the wastewater system. The wastewater system will be constructed <br /> and operated in accordance with N.C. Division of Environmental Nanagement rules <br /> and regulations. <br /> Electric/Lighting - Electric utilities will be installed underground throughout <br /> the project. Street and area lighting will be provided in selected areas such <br /> as roadways, intersections and community recreation facilities. <br /> Solid Waste - A private garbage collection service will be contracted to pro- <br /> vide twice weekly solid waste disposal for individual units in the development. <br /> Open Space - Over fifty acres will remain as open space for use by the residents. <br /> The vast majority of open space will remain wooded. Pedestrian pathways will <br /> be provided in the wooded open space to facilitate access from units to recre- <br /> ation areas and throughout the project. <br /> Recreation Areas - Over an acre of maintained recreation space will be provided <br /> for the exclusive use of the residents. Two recreation areas are planned both <br /> with grassed open play areas, a basketball court and playground equipment as <br /> is necessary to adequately serve the project population make-up. One recre- <br /> ation area will be provided with the first phase of the development with the <br /> second recreation area provided as needed in later stages of the development.. <br /> . , <br /> . . <br /> 4 <br />
