C. For Major- Subdivisions that require a Conditional <br /> Use Permit,- the t--F‘:577-6- review period sha l ' be a <br /> minimum of thirty (30) working days before final <br /> action is taken by the Board of Aldermen. (Note : <br /> Major Subdivisions are generally defined as proposals <br /> which create more than three lots .) <br /> D. For projects determined to be suitable for Minor <br /> Subdivision review, the staff review period shall be <br /> a minimum of ten (10) working days before final <br /> action is taken by the Planning Director. (Note : <br /> Minor Subdivisions are generally defined as proposals <br /> which create no more than a total of three lots'.) <br /> E. For Amendments to the Orange County Zoning Ordinance <br /> or Land Use Plan and for Rezoning requests , the Town <br /> shall review the request within a minimum of thirty <br /> (30) working days before final action is taken by <br /> the Board of Aldermen. <br /> Carrhoro will make a reasonable effort to review projects or <br /> proposals covered by this courtesy review agreement within a <br /> maximum courtesy review period, of forty-five (45) days. At <br /> the time materials are distributed for courtesy review, Carr- <br /> boxo will notify other jurisdictions of any meetings or public <br /> hearings scheduled where the proposals will be discussed. <br /> Carrboro shall not be required to delay approval of proposals <br /> or regularly scheduled Planning Board and other advisory board <br /> meetings until review comments have been received from other <br /> parties to this agreement. <br /> 4 . Orange Water and Sewer Authority will establish the followi <br /> review schedule, subject to revision from time to tile , for <br /> projects involving the need or anticipated need for Novidi <br /> water and/or sewer service to projects within the jointly <br /> planned areas of the governmental units of Orange County, <br /> Chapel Hill and Carrboro . <br /> A. For projects serving subdivisions subject to the <br /> planning process of one or more governmental units , <br /> a final determination will be made by the staff, <br /> subject to appeal to the Board of Directors, within <br /> thirty (30) days of receipt of the essential water <br /> and sewer service data for the project in addition <br /> to the proposed development plan required by the <br /> governmental unit. <br /> 10 <br />
