ADDENDUM <br /> COURTESY REVIEW SCHEDULES <br /> 1. Orange County will establish the following review schedule <br /> for projects within the County' s jurisdiction , after which <br /> time the County will take final action on the request. <br /> A. For minor subdivisions , following a staff review period <br /> of thirty ( 30) days, the staff will make a final de- <br /> cision on the request unless appealed to the Planning <br /> Board. <br /> B. For major subdivisions, following a staff review period <br /> of thirty (30) days , the Planning Board will consider <br /> the request at their next regularly scheduled meeting <br /> at which time they will either make a decision on the <br /> project or table it for later consideration. A final <br /> decision on the request will be made at the second <br /> regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting. <br /> C. For special use permits , the review period shall extend <br /> up to and including the public hearing. <br /> D. For rezonings and planned development requests , the re- <br /> view period shall extend up to and including the public <br /> hearing held during the last regularly scheduled meetin <br /> in August, November, February, and May. <br /> 2. Chapel Hill will establish the following review schedule fo <br /> projects within the Town' s jurisdiction : <br /> A. SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY SKETCH: <br /> 144. <br /> STAFF REVIEW: Maximum of 30 days after acceptance of <br /> completed application. <br /> PLANNING BOARD REVIEW: Maximum of 30 days after the <br /> meeting at which the staff recommendation is presented. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION: No time limit. <br /> B. SPECIAL USE PERMIT AND MODIFICATIONS TO,,SPECIAL psE <br /> PERMITS ,' INCLUDING PLAVNED' DEVELOPMENT: <br /> STAFF REVIEW: Maximum of 30 days after acceptance of <br /> completed application, unless extended by Council or <br /> consent of the applicant. <br /> PLANNING BOARD REVIEW: Maximum of 35 days after the <br /> meeting at which the staff recommendation is presented <br /> unless extended by Council or by consent of the <br /> applicant. <br /> 8 <br />
