MT:bar:732-8181 ext 501 <br /> PURPOSE: <br /> To consider how best to allocate space to County agencies needing <br /> to reside in Chapel Hill and Carrboro, <br /> Alternatives were presented at the February 16, 1982, Board meeting. <br /> ICED: Further study has been made of ways to 1) combine agencies havin: <br /> the most compatible functions; 2) secure cost savings over <br /> existing rental arrangements; and, 3) minimize renovation costs. <br /> Attached memorandum provides the results of this study. If <br /> concensus can be reached on it further steps in the approval <br /> process would include: <br /> 1. Approval by the affected agencies and community through , <br /> public hearing. <br /> 2. Approval by the Mental Health Board. <br /> 3.
