Taylor <br /> Town Manager <br /> Town of Chapel Hill <br /> 306 North Columbia Street <br /> Chapel Hill , NC 27514 <br /> Dear Mr. Taylor: <br /> Orange County Commissioners will shortly be asked to decide on the <br /> sponsorship of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program beginning July 1 , 1982. <br /> The Town of Chapel Hill is the sponsor at present. In considering the <br /> transfer to the County, Board conditioned its willingness on the Towns <br /> and County continuing to pay their respective shares of the matching <br /> requirement. This would mean that of the $28,845 local share the County <br /> would in FY 1982-83 contribute $14,698, the Town of Chapel Hill $11 ,412 <br /> and the Town of Carrboro $800. <br /> I need to know at this time if you see any problem in the Town of <br /> Chapel Hill budgeting these funds.
