• <br /> 15 <br /> SEDIMENTATION AND EROSION CONTROL <br /> WORK OBJECTIVES MANDATED DY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS (O(3JECTIVES 1-6) <br /> WORK OBJECTIVE 1: INSPECT CONSTRUCTION SITES AND ALL DEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECTS TO IDENTIFY CURRENT OR POTENTIAL <br /> CONTROL PROBLEMS FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THE EROSION <br /> CONTROL ORDINANCE, <br /> 6 MONTH REPORT: <br /> Division continually inspects sites permitted through this <br /> office on a day-to-day (on-going) basis. There were 105 total <br /> project sites visited and inspected during the first half of <br /> the fiscal year (J4ly 1, 1982 - December 1, 1981). There were <br /> 606 total inspectirts made of these sites. This is an average <br /> of 4.8 sites inspected per each working day. <br /> • <br /> PROJECTION FOR <br /> OR NEXT 64MONTES: <br /> There will still be about 105 total porject sites. Usually a plan is reviewed at <br /> least twice during the review process prior to the issuance of <br /> a grading permit. When initally submitted, a plan is reviewed <br /> and is usually approved with some type of modification and/or <br /> changu. Men the modified plan is submitted and reviewed. All <br /> plan reviews require at least 1 field investigation to the site. <br /> This objective also includes the review of plan exemption form <br /> projects (sites between 20,000-40,000 square feet of land disturbed). <br /> . . <br /> . . <br />
