In <br /> the last 6 months we estimate that over 110 memorandums or <br /> letters have been written concerning projects, There are also <br /> letters that must be written to individuals who ask for information <br /> but never proceed with the proposal. <br /> PROJECTION FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS: <br /> Current Planning staff will write an average of 4 letters/week. <br /> WORK OBJECTIVE 11: IMPLEMENT NEW ZONING ORDINANCE BY DEVELOPING <br /> APPLICATIONS, CHECKLISTS, AND OTHER LEGAL FORMS <br /> AS NECESSARY <br /> 6 MONTH REPORT: <br /> Within the past 6 months we will have started developing the <br /> new application forms for rezoningsi special use permits and <br /> planned developments. These forms will be more comprehensive <br /> than existing forms and will require more work on the part of <br /> the applicant, such as list of adjacent property owners and <br /> preaddressed, stamped envelopes. We have a new special use <br /> permit form that will be recorded when the special use permit <br /> is approved. <br /> PROTECTIONS FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS: <br /> All forms, checklists, and applications will be completed. <br /> WORK OBJECTIVES MANDATED BY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER DIRECTIVE <br /> (WORK OBJECTIVE 12) <br /> WORK OBJECTIVE 12: ASSIST ROAD NAMING ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO <br /> REPORT: NAME 200 NON-STATE MAINTAINED PUBLIC ROADS <br /> 6 MONTH <br /> The planning staff hopes that the RONAC program will be completed <br /> by the end of this fiscal year.
