Joint Public Hearing with Planning Board: The Board of Commissioners <br /> rescheduled the joint public hearing (which should have been held on February <br /> 22nd) for March 8, 1982. <br /> 7. Board of Equalization and Review: Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded <br /> by Commissioner Gustaveson, to adopt the Resolution establishing the Board. of <br /> Equalization and Review for Orange County (a copy of that Resolution is on pages <br /> of this book). Proclamation--School Bus Safety: Canmissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded <br /> by Oamnissioner Walker, to adopt the joint proclamation (see page of this <br /> book) issued by Orange County and the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro proclaiming <br /> the week of February 21-27 School Bus Safety Week in Orange County.
