GENERAL ADMINISTRATION <br /> Budget: $140,925 <br /> Program Activities <br /> 1. Administration <br /> Provides for proper administration and leadership of JOCCA's programs <br /> and policies. Responsible for staff direction and supervision. To <br /> bring into practice programs and/or program elements which are approp- <br /> riately inter-related, complimentary and consistent with the CAA's <br /> strategies and goals. <br /> 2, Public Relations/Coordination <br /> These activities are designed to inform the community of JOCCA's miss- <br /> ion, purpose and program activities through use of the news media, <br /> churches, CBOls and through casual meetings with Community Groups and <br /> business owners. <br /> JOCCA, Inc. subscribes to the belief that coordination is an effective <br /> method of maximizing the benefits of its programs, and other programs <br /> to minimize duplication, overlap in activities and potential conflicts. <br /> 3. Resource Mobilization <br /> This activity solicits and organize all available resources to ensure <br /> that the mission of JOCCA is effectively carried out. Resources that <br /> may be mobilized can take many forms, such as money, transportation, <br /> volunteer services, facilities, food and free professional advice. <br /> 4. P1_,.ar_lnifLn <br /> Ensures that the agency complies with timely reporting and planning re- <br /> quirements. _ <br /> 5. PiLtesp_Orksibil_j_/.t _ <br /> Implement and maintain, sound fiscal control of agency funds under the <br /> provisions of the Community Services Block Grant Act of 1981 and the <br /> Department of Health & Human Services. <br /> Provides monthly reports to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. <br /> Maintians clearly defined accounting principles. Conducts annual agency <br /> audits. <br />
