Weatherization <br /> HOUSING JOCCA does rural home rehabilitation, weatherization, Farmers Home <br /> Administration (FmHA) loan and grant packaging. <br /> Rehabilitation - The Rural Home Repair Program assist families who have <br /> applied for a FmHA loan and was rejected due to inadequate income or poor <br /> credit. The RHRP program enables these families to obtain the essentials ' <br /> needed to improve safety, and health standards. FmHA loans or grants are <br /> often coupled with Department of Energy Weatherization Funds in order to <br /> alleviate sub-standard living conditions. Priority is given to the elderly, <br /> handicapped and to those incomes which are below 50% of the Community Services <br /> Administration Income Poverty Guidelines. <br /> WEATHERIZATION - JOCCA's DOE Weatherization Program can provide eligible <br /> clients with weatherization work not exceeding $1,000.00.
