RULES AND REGUALTIONS (CONT' ) <br /> The LESsOR shall not be Liable for any damages due to stoppages or malfunctions <br /> . of any sort of the elevators, heat and air-conditioning systems, plumbing fix- <br /> tures and the electrical power and lighting system. <br /> LO. The LESSOR reserves the right to make such other and further reasonable rules <br /> and regulations as in its judgement it may from time to time deem necesary for <br /> the safety, care and cleanliness of the premises, and for the preservation of <br /> good order therein. <br /> 1' . The LESSOR reserves the right to designate the time when and method by which <br /> freight, furniture, safes, goods, merchandise and other articles may be brought <br /> into or taken from the building and the Leased Premises. Repairs, painting, <br /> material moving and other similar work that may be done to the Leased Premises <br /> by or for TENANT shall, be performed by any workmen employed, designated or <br /> approved by the LESSOR. <br /> The LESSOR reserves the right at all times to exclude bootbacks, newsboys <br /> (Loiterers) vendors, solicitors and peddlers, from the Building, and to require <br /> registration, satisfactory identification and credentials from all, persons <br /> seeking access to any part of the Building, at times other than during <br /> ordinary business hours. The LESSOR will exercise its best judgement in the <br /> execution of such control but shall not be held liable for the granting or re- <br /> fusal of such access. <br /> 130 The LESSOR reserves the right to regulate and eefitrol all parking lots and - <br /> driveways inclreling assignment of parking areas, and instituting traffic patterns <br />
