RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> 1. The sidewalks, entrances, hallways, elevators, and stairways shall not be <br /> obstructed by any TENANT or used by him for any purpose other than for <br /> ingress or egress. <br /> 2. If the Building where the Leased Premises is located has in it conference <br /> rooms, auditoriums, gymnasiums, gymatoriums, meeting rooms, etc. , their <br /> use may be scheduled through the LESSOR or his agent. The TENANT can only <br /> schedule the use of these rooms for himself, or his agency, only. Other <br /> individuals or groups must contact the LESSOR or his agent directly to <br /> schedule the use of these rooms. <br /> 3. The LESSOR may charge fees for the use of conference rooms, and auditoriums, <br /> gymnasiums, gymatoriums, meeting rooms, etc, to offset the expense of pro- <br /> viding these. rooms. <br /> 4. No additional Locks shall be placed upon any doors without written consent <br /> of the LESSOR, nor shall any duplicate keys be made or obtained other than <br /> by or through LESSOR. <br /> 5 0 TENANT shall not make improper noises disturbances, of any kind, sing, play <br /> or operate musical instruments, radio, or television sets or any machines <br /> or devise in such fashion as may be deemed by LESSOR to interfar with other <br /> occupants of the Building. <br /> 6. The installation of window shades, venition blinds, draperies and curtains <br /> 'My be installed subject to n7SSOR'S approval of method 01 installation in- <br /> cluding hanging hardware and of color and texture of any such window coverings. <br /> 7. TENANT or their employer; shall not: <br /> a. Keep animals or birds on the premises; <br /> b- allow bicycles or similar vehicles in the building; <br /> c. throw anything through windows or down stairways; <br /> d. leave premise S unoccupied without lockitg all doors, extinguishing lights <br /> and turning off water outlets; <br /> e. install or operate vending machines of any kind without consent of LESSOR; <br /> f. use premises for lodging rooms, gambling or any immoral purpose; <br /> g. open windows while the air- conditioning system is operating; <br /> h. keep kerosene, burning fluid and other highly inflammable material on the <br /> premises without LESSOR'S consent; <br /> i. make adjustments to heating and air-conditioning controls, plumbing <br /> • apparatus, electrical fixtures and equipment, windows and doors; (nOtify <br /> LESSOR if adjustments are required or desired) <br /> j . install any anchorage, supporting or bracing devices into floor, wails <br /> partitions or4712. 7.7 (Notify LESSOR if any such devices are desi-ed) . <br /> 6. The possession, selling or consumption of alcholic beverages or illegal .-'rugs <br />
