Ford will be requesting a "Class <br /> A" Special Use Permit under Section 8.8.23 (Planned Develop- <br /> ments) of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Ford is <br /> requesting to construct a Mobile Home Park known as Bingham Woods <br /> on his property. This property is located on State Road 1949 <br /> (Ford Road) in Bingham Township, Tax Map 37, part of lot 45, <br /> involving 78.5 acres. <br /> . _. <br /> We are required to notify all property owners within 500 feet <br /> of the property concerning this request. All persons who wish <br /> to speak concerning this request will be heard at this meeting. <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners acts in Quasi-Judicial <br /> matter in hearing this special use. If all requirements in <br /> the Zoning Ordinance are met, the Board must approve this <br /> application unless the Board finds one of the three other <br /> conditions applies_ <br /> Those opposing approval of the application on the grounds that <br /> the use will not promote the public health, safety and general <br /> welfare, will not maintain or enhance the value of contiguous <br /> property or is not in compliance with the general plans for the <br /> physical development of the County,shall have the burden of <br /> establishing, by competent material and substantial evidence, <br /> the specific manner in which the proposed use does not satisfy <br /> the requirements for approval of the application for a Special <br /> Use. <br /> 7 <br /> . - <br />
