(PD-H): Rezoning.. <br /> * . . . . <br /> NEED: The applicant has requested a PD-H for 75 mobile home spaces on 78 acres , <br /> of land. The property is located in Bingham Township off of SR 1949 (Ford <br /> Road) south of Old Greensboro Highway'(SR. 1005). Ford Road has an average <br /> of 340 trips/day (1978). This project could generate about 500 trips/day, <br /> The property lies next to a large cornfield on the east, William Ford's <br /> land is on the south and westsides:and Foxboro Estates is to the north, <br /> Building separation will be 30' minimum from the road and 75' center to <br /> center and.75' back to back. Two off street parking spaces/unit will be <br /> provided. There are central sewage disposal and water systems proposed <br /> for the development. Two recreation areas are shown on the plan, each <br /> unit-is connected to these areas by a pedestrian path. Privacy for this development should be good since the <br /> whole site is wooded, The property is located within the AR district, . . <br /> on land that is not used for agricultural purposes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Planning Staff recommends approval with conditions as outlined in <br /> the findings of fact. <br /> . , <br />
