This <br /> property is located in Chapel Hill Township on Tax Map 24, part <br /> of lot 41, involving 14.84 acres. <br /> We are required to notify all property owners within 500 feet <br /> of the property concerning this request. All persons who wish <br /> to speak concerning this request will be heard at this meeting. <br /> The Orange County Board of Cormiissiorersacts in a Quasi-Judicial <br /> matter in hearing this special use. If all requirements in the <br /> Zoning Ordinance are met, the Board must approve this application <br /> unless the Board finds one of three other conditions applies. <br /> Those opposing approval of the application on the grounds that <br /> the use will not promote the public health, safety and general <br /> welfare, will not maintain or enhance the value of contiguous <br /> property or is not in compliance with the general plans for the <br /> physical development of the County,shall have the burden of <br /> establishing, by competent material and substantial evidence, <br /> the specific manner in which the proposed use does not satisfy <br /> the requirements for approval of the application for a Special <br /> Use. <br /> /sw <br /> 7 <br />
