AW4 1.5 <br /> U Ls <br /> Shall be permitted as follows: One Signs for the project shall conform <br /> sign structure, not exceeding twenty in all ways to the standards contained <br /> feet in height, and having not more in 7.16.7. <br /> than two sign surface areas, each <br /> limited to twenty square feet, may <br /> be erected inside or outside required <br /> setbacks adjacent to public streets, <br /> provided that no such sign shall over- <br /> hang any public way or be so located <br /> or constructed as to create a dangerous <br /> impediment to traffic visibility. Such <br /> signs may identify the development as <br /> a whole and bear directional informa- <br /> tion, but shall contain no advertising <br /> matter. <br /> Minor Directional Sign Sturctures. <br /> Having not more than two sign surface <br /> areas, each limited to four square feet <br /> may be erected as reasonably necessary <br /> for the safety and convenience of <br /> visitors to the center. Such signs <br /> shall bear no advertising matter other <br /> than the name of the development as a <br /> whole or an indication of the portion <br /> of the development to which direction <br /> is given. <br /> 20 <br />
