Highway No. 86. In <br /> addition, a service entrance will be located 890 feet from the <br /> intersection. <br /> The Chapel Hill Transit bus route passes by the site headed north <br /> on N.C. Highway No. 86' A crosswalk across Highway 86 will link <br /> the bus stop with the walkway to the main entrance. <br /> Dedication of additional street right-of-way and highway <br /> improvements will be in accordance with Orange County and North <br /> Carolina Department of Transportation standards and requirements. <br /> Sidewalks and bikeways will be as required by Orange County and <br /> constructed to Chapel Hill and N.C. D.O.T. standards and <br /> requirements. <br /> Relation to Public Utilities, Facilities and Services =' ` <br /> The proposed planned development district is adequately ervioed <br /> by existing water and power liueo' Power is supplied by Duke <br /> Power Company overhead lines located along the north side of <br /> Homestead Road and the west side of Highway 80' Water is supplied <br /> by Orange Water and Sewer Authority lines along the centerline of <br /> both Homestead Road and Highway WG' <br /> The sanitary sewer and storm and surface drainage systems proposed <br /> for the development will be contained within the site. No <br /> sanitary sewer service exists in the vicinity of the site. A <br /> septic tank is proposed for the facility. No storm sewer system <br /> exists adjacent to the site. The proposed storm and surface <br /> drainage system is described in detail on the soil erosion and <br /> sedimentation control plan submitted with this application. <br /> Necessary public services and facilities are adequate to Serve the <br /> development.
