The sixty acre tract of UNC <br /> land north of Homestead Road is to be left as Public/Private <br /> Open Space. <br /> fireenways/Recreational Trails (Map and text amendment) <br /> Greater definition of the greenways system in the Joint <br /> Planning Area is desired as it relates to which greenways ' <br /> would eventually be developed as recreational trails. These <br /> trails would connect with those defined In the County's <br /> Master Park Plan for areas outside the Joint Planning Area <br /> and with trails being planned or considered by the Towns of <br /> Carrboro and Chapel Hill .
