It was suggested that maintenance personnel not use leaf blowers to clear recreational paths, because removing the leaves might promote erosion. Guidelines for Extending...construction Start Dates: The Board reviewed a staff memorandum suggesting guidelines for reviewing requests for time extensions. ..-. Motion: Ms. White moved that the Board adopt these guidelines and add them to the Board's Rules of Procedure. Mr. Guild seconded the motion. Vote: The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. Meeting Date Changes Because of the July 4th holiday, the Council would be meeting on July 5th. Therefore, the Planning Board agreed to reschedule its July 5th meeting to Tuesday, July 12. •
