I. <br /> • . _ - - <br /> Vote: The motion passed 6-1 with Mr Francisco voting against the motion. <br /> The Board discussed greenways and recreational trails and their effects on <br /> adjacent property. <br /> It was suggested that maintenance personnel not use leaf blowers to clear <br /> recreational paths, because removing the leaves might promote erosion. <br /> Guidelines for Extending...construction Start Dates: The Board reviewed a staff <br /> memorandum suggesting guidelines for reviewing requests for time extensions. ..-. <br /> Motion: Ms. White moved that the Board adopt these guidelines and add them to <br /> the Board's Rules of Procedure. Mr. Guild seconded the motion. <br /> Vote: The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. <br /> Meeting Date Changes <br /> Because of the July 4th holiday, the Council would be meeting on July 5th. <br /> Therefore, the Planning Board agreed to reschedule its July 5th meeting to <br /> Tuesday, July 12. <br /> • <br />
