Amend the Joint Planning Land Use Plan map and text to <br /> change the land use designation on Horace Williams <br /> Airport and adjacent UNC properties from "Public-Private <br /> Open Space" to "Future UNC Development. " The proposed <br /> amendment is based on a request by the University of <br /> North Carolina and would provide consistency with <br /> municipal land use plans. <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this <br /> hearing and be heard. Public comment will be received during <br /> the public hearing.
