C. Highway 86, Clyde <br /> Road, Mill House Road, the northern and western boundary <br /> lines of the landfill Site, Eubanks Road, Ropers Road, <br /> Homestead Road, the western and southern boundary lines of <br /> the Chapel Hill High School, and Sewell Road. The area <br /> has been designated as follows on the JPA Land Use Plan: <br /> 1. Public-Private, Open Space - Two areas have been <br /> designated for research, educational, forest management <br /> and recreational functions on the JP R Land Use Plan. The <br /> areas include the properties owned by the University of <br /> North Carolina and properties located between the - <br /> existing and future potential landfill sites. A • <br /> • <br /> petition has been submitted by the University to change <br /> the designation on its land to "Future UNC Development". <br /> 2. Extractive/Disposal Uses - Designated land areas include <br /> the existing and future potential landfill sites. <br /> • <br /> Z. Urban Residential - One area has been designated <br /> for housing with densities ranging from six (S) to <br /> thirteen (13) units per acre.
