Comments redardinn the proposal are as <br /> follows: <br /> Rio.pa 4 I - Southern Trianple Area <br /> The area is bounded nenerally by the Chatham County line, the <br /> Chapel Hill extraterritorial jurisdiction line, and Old <br /> Lystra Road. The area is designated Suburban Residential- on <br /> tne JPA Land Use Plan. Sincle-family homes, duplexes, <br /> _ apartments, condominium and townhouse projects are permitted <br /> at densities rantinp from one (1) to five (5) units per acre. <br /> -Public utilities and other urban services are to be proVioed. <br /> The Chapel Hill Zoninn Plan has desimnated the entire area R- <br /> 1 Resibential. The coninm desiccation is consistent with <br /> adjacent coninn within the Chapel Hill extraterritorial <br /> jurisdiction. The maximum density permitted in an R-1 <br /> district is three (3) units per acre in a planned <br /> development. The minimum required land area for a .residential <br /> lot is 17, 000 soft. Permitted uses include eincle-family <br /> homes, churches, and schools. The proposed density and <br /> permitted uses are consistent with the JPA Land Use Plan. <br /> Area 4E' 71 Weaver Dairy Road/Sunrise Road Area <br /> The area is bounded generally by 1-40, the Chapel Hill <br /> extraterritorial jurisdiction line, Weaver Dairy Road, and <br />
