Amending the Joint Planning Land Use Plan <br /> text and map to reflect the existence and <br /> show the location of Transition Area 1 and <br /> II designations. <br /> The proposed amendment addresses #2-b above <br /> by adding a new Article 5. 1. 2 to the Orange <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: None <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: The proposed amendment is as follows: <br /> 5. 1. 2 Town of Carrboro Land Development Standards <br /> The regulations governing minimum lot size, minimum <br /> lot width, required yard setbacks, maximum building <br /> height and other dimensional requirements controlling <br /> the permitted intensity of development as contained in <br /> the Town of Carrboro Land Use Ordinance are hereby <br /> adopted by reference as fully as though set forth 4I/ , <br /> herein.
