Transition Area located within the <br /> Chapel Hill Joint Development Area. <br /> IMPACTS/ISSUES: Section 1. 3 of the Joint Planning Agreement, <br /> enacted November a, 1987, states that the <br /> Agreement shall become effect lye on the <br /> effective date of an Orange County ordinance: <br /> , . <br /> 1. Adopting theAlgreement (after approved by <br /> Chapel Hill and Carrboro) ; <br /> • Amending the Count)/ Zoning Ordinance <br /> (including Zoning Atlas) and Subdivision <br /> Regulations to include the following: <br /> a. A Zoning Map preparedby Chapel Hill <br /> for that portion of the Transition Area <br /> that lies in the Chapel Hill Joint <br /> Development Area (CHJDA) , and the <br /> Chapel Hill Land Development Ordinance, <br /> making its provisions applicable to <br /> that portion of the Transition Area <br /> located within the CHJDA; and <br /> b.
