IMINNIMIIIIIIII.m...mm.-------- <br /> _ , i <br /> 3 ib 3 <br /> - <br /> .._ -. <br /> • --- <br /> A RESoLUVIDOIC-4REQUESTING ORANGE COUNTY TO ADOPT CHAPEL HILL'S <br /> 411 DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE AS PART OF THE JOINT PLANNING AGREEMENT . <br /> (88-2-22/R-19) <br /> WHEREAS Orange County and the Town of Chapel Hill have signed a <br /> Joint Planning Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS Section 2.1 of that agreement calls on Orange County to <br /> adopt by reference the Chapel Hill Land Development Ordinance and <br /> Make its provisions applicable to that portion of the Transition <br /> area located within the Chapel Hill Joint Development Review <br /> Area; and <br /> WHEREAS Section 2.6.0 of that agreement specifies procedures by <br /> which subsequent amendments to the Chapel Hill Development <br /> Ordinance may be incorporated further by reference by Orange <br /> County for application in transition areas; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Council of the Town of Chapel <br /> Hill that the Orange County Board of Commissioners is hereby <br /> requested to ,teke the action specified in Section 2.1 of the <br /> Joint Planning Agreement, adopting by reference the Chapel Hill <br /> Development Ordinance for application to that portion of the <br /> Joint Planning Area's Transition Area located within the Chapel <br /> Mill Joint Development Review Area. . <br /> O BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commis- <br /> sioners is hereby requested to consider this action at a Public <br /> Hearing scheduled for April 13, 1988. <br /> This the 22nd day of February, 1988. <br /> . . <br /> . - <br /> . . <br /> 41/ <br /> • <br /> _________-----------■■••"11" <br />
