Incorporating, by reference, the Town of Chapel Hill <br /> Land Development Ordinance as part of the Orange <br /> County Zoning Ordinance, making its provisions <br /> applicable to that portion of the Transition Area <br /> located within the Chapel Hill Joint Development <br /> Area; <br /> 2. Incorporating, by reference, the Town of Carrboro <br /> Land Use Ordinance as part of the, Orange' County <br /> Zoning Ordinance, making its provisions applicable <br /> to that portion of the Transition Area located <br /> Within the Oarrboro Joint Development Area; and <br /> . - 3.
