I have enclosed <br /> the resolution which encompasses the Board's recommendation <br /> entitled "A Resolution Requesting Orange County to Amend Its <br /> Zoning Atlas and Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan" . The map <br /> attached to this resolution depicts the zoning classification <br /> proposed by the Carrboro Board of Aldermen. In addition, I have <br /> included a description of each zone on the reverse side of the <br /> 411 map. The Carrboro Planning Staff will be working with the Chapel <br /> Hill and Orange County Planning Staffs to produce a map suitable <br /> for public display at the April 13, 1988 hearing. <br /> Prior to April 13, 1988, the Carrboro Board of Aldermen will <br /> consider a separate resolution asking Orange County to adopt the <br /> Carrboro Land Use Ordinance by reference as well as the <br /> endorsement of other Orange County Joint Planning Area Land Use <br /> Plan amendments. <br /> Thank you in advance for providing the Orange County Board <br /> of Commissioners with a copy of the enclosed resolution. <br /> Sincer y, <br /> Robert W.
