Chapel Hill Transition Area and Rural Buffer <br /> n <br /> The Transition Area for Chapel the Hill Rural Buffer in <br /> Orange County are the same as in present <br /> Agreement ignez list two acres. Zonin• Ma•s and Re•ulations for Transition Areas <br /> Each Town will prepare an initial zoning map for its Transi- <br /> tion Area. The County shall adopt these maps and adopt by <br /> reference each Town's zoning regulations for the respective <br /> Transition Areas. I-.e. , Chapel Hill zoning and regulations <br /> would apply in the Chapel Hill Transition Area. <br /> However, after zoning is initially established, if the <br /> County objects to a Development Ordinance text amendment, <br /> the text amendment would not apply in the Transition Area <br /> unless the County agrees.
