The County shall adopt these maps and adopt by <br /> reference each Town's zoning regulations for the respective <br /> Transition Areas. I-.e. , Chapel Hill zoning and regulations <br /> would apply in the Chapel Hill Transition Area. <br /> However, after zoning is initially established, if the <br /> County objects to a Development Ordinance text amendment, <br /> the text amendment would not apply in the Transition Area <br /> unless the County agrees.
