---- 0•■•■••••• <br /> 010 <br /> 411 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ATLAS <br /> The proposed amendments to the Orange County Zoning <br /> Atlas would incorporate Zoning Maps prepared by the Towns of <br /> Chapel Hill and Carrboro for the Transition Areas located in <br /> their respective Joint Development Review Areas as identified <br /> on the Orange County-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Joint Planning Land <br /> Use Plan and in the Joint Planning Agreement adopted November <br /> 2, 1987. <br /> ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> The proposed amendments to the Orange County Zoning <br /> Ordinance would incorporate, by reference, regulations <br /> governing the use of land and structures, and dimensional <br /> requirements as contained in the Town of Chapel Hill Land <br /> Development Ordinance and the Town of Carrboro Land Use <br /> Ordinance. The regulations would be applicable in the <br /> Transition Areas of their respective Joint Development Review <br /> Areas as identified on the Orange County-Chapel Hill-Carrboro <br /> Joint Planning Land Use Plan and in the Joint Planning <br /> Agreement adopted November 2, 1987. Another amendment would <br /> specify procedures for incorporating changes to the Chapel <br /> Hill and Carrboro Zoning Maps and Land Development/Use <br /> Ordinances into the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Questions regarding the proposals may be directed to the <br /> Orange County Planning Department, the Town of Chapel Hill <br /> Planning Department and the Town of Carrboro Planning <br /> Department.
