Refer the item back to the Planning Board for a specific purpose; Deny the proposed <br /> 25 amendments. <br /> 26 (Note: Section 2.2.8 Effect of Denial on Subsequent Applications of the UDO states that no <br /> 27 application for the same or similar amendment may be submitted for a period of one year. The <br /> 28 one-year period begins on the date of denial.) <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Planning Board member Tony Blake said he had nothing to add. <br /> 31 Chris Cole, Orange County resident, said he spoke at the previous Quarterly Public <br /> 32 Hearing (QPH), and thanked the Board for making these changes. He said this is a huge step <br /> 33 in the right direction. He said he is a certified public accountant, and his familiar with this area. <br /> 34 He suggested the removal of four more items from the list of permitted uses: 3169, 3219, <br /> 35 3261, and 3262. <br /> 36 Commissioner Jacobs said he appreciated the Planning Board members being present. <br /> 37 Commissioner Jacobs said he does not understand some of the list of permitted uses. <br /> 38 He referred to page 84, and asked planning staff if Emergency Services has reviewed this list, <br /> 39 which includes some highly flammable items. He said he also has concerns about Polystyrene <br /> 40 Foam products. <br /> 41 Commissioner Jacobs said he also does not known what some of these products are, <br /> 42 and he is uncomfortable approving anything until he is better informed. <br /> 43 Commissioner Jacobs suggested giving the BOCC a week to review/pull items that they <br /> 44 do not understand or do not want on this list. He said this all relates to item 6e, the North <br /> 45 American Industry Classification System (NAICS), about which he has no understanding. <br /> 46 Commissioner Price referred to the list on page 84, and asked Commissioner Jacobs if <br /> 47 his concerns are that these items will be included. <br /> 48 Commissioner Jacobs said this is his question, and he is unclear. <br /> 49 Perdita Holtz said the NAICS is how the Hillsborough EDD was set up in the early <br /> 50 2000s. She said these codes were set up as the use codes. She said item 6-e has to do with a <br />
