(feet) 100 <br /> PURPOSE <br /> The purpose of the Economic D elopment Hillsborough Linear <br /> Office(EDH-1) District is to provid: locations for low to moderately <br /> intense medical, professional, admin. trative and government office <br /> on small to mid-sized sites in the desi..ated Hillsborough Economic <br /> Development District. <br /> The district is intended to be located on the .-riphery of established Front S back from ROW, <br /> residential areas and along major and minor th'roughfares. The min. -et) 50 <br /> district is established to provide convenient locat ins for offices, the <br /> size and operating characteristics of which require ited parking <br /> and which generate little traffic. <br /> Standards are designed so that this district may serve as . <br /> transitional land use between residential districts and high- mor= <br /> intense land uses. <br /> APPLICABILITY <br /> This district will usually be applied where the followin• conditions .de Setback, min.
