6 <br />property subject to the conditional district rezoning process may be used only for <br />a specific land use(s) based on asite-specific development plan. <br />Note: The conditional district rezoning process. could be used countywide <br />and not just for the Agricultural Support Enterprises proposal. <br />Purpose: To respond to questions and ask for Board of County Commissioners <br />endorsement of three key concepts: 1) amend the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance to allow conditional district zoning; <br />2) prepare clear performance standards; and 3) create the Agricultural Support <br />Enterprises Manual. <br />Changes may be made in the advertised proposals that reflect debate, objections <br />and discussion at the hearing. <br />Accommodations for individuals with physical disabilities can be provided if the <br />request is made to the Director of Planning at least 48 hours prior to the Public <br />Hearing by calling the appropriate number listed below. The full text of the <br />changes may be obtained after May 16, 2007 from the Planning Department.
