6 <br />(Motor Vehicles) -Rent for temporary possession or use of <br />motor vehicles utilized SOLELY on the Administration of <br />Emergency Management Program. Vehicles must be rented <br />from an established firm regularly engaged in the business of <br />renting. Payments must be in accordance with the terms of a <br />written contract. <br />Day-To-Day Operating Expenses <br />Postage <br />Office Supplies <br />Telephone <br />Utilities <br />Note: Janitorial/custodial services are allowable, however, <br />limited to pro rata share of the cost if shared. <br />Others (Specify) - i.e. Special Cases <br />Administrative Office Equipment <br />Purchase and repair of administrative office equipment and <br />furniture (limited to cost of office machines, equipment and <br />furniture required) for administration and operations of the <br />Emergency Management Office. <br />• Automated Data Processing (ADP) Equipment and <br />Software <br />Contribution for ADP equipment and software are limited to <br />the pro rata share of the ADP equipment which supports <br />emergency management activities. <br />Mobile and Portable Communications Equipment <br />Federal contributions for mobile and portable communications <br />equipment are limited to costs of equipment for day-to-day <br />emergency management business for emergency <br />management personnel (personnel must occupy positions <br />listed on EM Form 66). <br />• Liability Insurance costs for Emergency Management <br />administrative facilities, vehicles, or equipment. <br />
